At Penman Watch & Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your item is not quite right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the item in its original presentation box and protective outer packaging, ensuring all certificates of authenticity and manuals are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your parcel to ensure safe transit back to our boutique.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the condition of the returned piece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
